Inc., Le Sueur, MN: Marketing Program: Produced
a marketing video/DVD on a new packaging product for use in
industrial and consumer applications. Program directed towards
potential industrial customers who are interested in using this
new type of packaging.

Produced two new employee training video/DVD
programs: One on manlift safety (a personal transport system
in use between floors at Malt-O-Meal's Northfield, MN, manufacturing
plant) and one on quality control procedures for product packaging
to used in company-wide applications.
Electromed, New Prague,
MN: Produced training and marketing
videos/DVDs for customers and clinic practitioners using SmartVest,
a new respiratory vest system for cystic fibrosis patients and
others with respiratory diseases that need percussion therapy.
SmartVest replaces their MedPulse product, for which we also
produced a training video program.

Inc. , St. Paul, MN (Refractory and Insulation Contracting):
Safety Training Programs:
Producing a 90-minute (30-module) interactive
safety training and employee orientation video/DVD program for
new hires in the refractory and insulation construction industry.
Program stresses OSHA requirements for safe working and Gagnon's
safety policies.

Co., Minneapolis, MN: Training Programs:
One-hour long training video program on understanding and
preventing cumulative trauma injuries. 17 Employee and
Safety Orientation Video programs for new hires at Malt-O-Meal's
cereal manufacturing plants in Northfield, Minnesota, and its
new plant in Tremonton, Utah. These videos focused on employee
orientation, OSHA regulations, and fire safety.
Electromed, New Prague,
MN: Produced a training video for

Cardinal Glass Industries, Northfield, MN:
Produced
a comprehensive series of safety training and new employee orientation
video presentations (6) for the Cardinal CG coated-glass
and glass tempering plant in Northfield, MN. Total length of
finished video program: 27 minutes. Wrote the scripts, videotaped
the material, and edited the video presentations. Production
included a Spanish language version.
Wells Fargo, Minneapolis, MN:
Wrote four comprehensive training manuals
for Wells Fargo's Instant Cash Services' Training Department
in downtown Minneapolis. Instant Cash Services is one of the
country's largest ATM service providers, both for Wells Fargo
banks and for other banks via contract services. These manuals
train new project managers in the procedures required to bring
contract banks onto the Instant Cash network. They focus on
computer software use and customer service.
2 Men And A Truck, Burnsville,
MN: Produced
a customer information video for innovative moving
company. Video provides prospective customers with information
on contracting and office procedures and provides visual description
of moving procedures.
Rice County
Government, Minnesota: Rice County's Natural Treasures--Public
Information/ Education Video Program: Produced a 25-minute video program that explains
the natural history of the county's many lakes, describes a
recent pilot program that cleaned up the pollution and algal
blooms in one of the lakes, and encourages county residents
to become involved in a countywide program to clean up and maintain
the other lakes in the county. Video program is heavy on both
natural science and citizen viewpoint. This is a comprehensive,
information-packed video program that took nine months to produce.
It involved numerous state and public agencies, including Rice
County, the MN Dept. of Natural Resources, the MN Pollution
Control Agency, the MN Geological Survey, Carleton College,
the Cannon River Watershed Partnership, and others.
CSA Professional Services,
Inc., Hopkins, MN: Wrote 55-page user's manual on procedures for
accessing and working with information on SQL servers related
to the Infinite Campus student information system. Focus of
instruction was on using Microsoft Access to connect to, work
with, and manipulate data on servers, and create reports from
this data.
